24/7 Access Pflugerville Executive Office Suites has 32 professional offices that were constructed in 1997 in 8,000 square feet of space. Office sizes range from 100 square feet to over 300 square feet. PEXOS was built as an executive suite and offers an infrastructure not found in most office environments. Each office is on a separate electrical circuit and has two fourplex and two duplex electrical outlets. Each office has been wired with category 5 wiring for easy  installation of a computer local area network that can connect any offices.


Offices to Fit Everyone's Needs Our tenants have 24 hour access to their offices, seven days a week, and can manually turn  on the air conditioning and heating system after hours at no additional cost. A kitchen is available for the use of all tenants and coffee is furnished at no additional charge. Exterior offices have windows and interior offices contain sidelight windows to the hallway.


Conference Room PEXOS has a conference room that is available on an hourly or daily  basis. The conference room has an audio teleconferencing system, marker board, and presentation tripod. Rates for the conference room are $10 per hour and $50 per day.



Parking Lot PEXOS is located in Three Points Plaza center near the intersection of Interstate 35 and Wells  Branch Parkway in north Travis County. PEXOS is 13 miles north of downtown Austin, 2 miles south of Dell Computer's Round Rock facility, and 2 miles north of Samsung's new chip  plant and Dell's new north Austin factory. PEXOS offers easy access to all of the greater Austin  area via Interstate 35 (the major north/south artery) and Mopac Expressway (FM 1325 and Loop 1), which offers access to the Arboretum, northwest Austin, Westlake,  and Oak Hill.

Three Points Plaza contains three restaurants, a gourmet bakery, and a dry cleaner which are accessible via covered walkway from PEXOS. The center has a parking ratio of 155 square feet per parking place, or approximately double the parking capacity  of the typical office building in Austin.
