Pflugerville Executive Office Suites (PEXOS) is conveniently located near the intersection of Interstate 35 and Wells Branch Parkway in the heart of Austin's high tech sector, 13 miles north of downtown Austin, and 2 miles south of Dell Computer's Round Rock facilities.
Directions:
From Downtown Austin - Travel North on IH-35, take exit 247 (Pflugerville/ Wells Branch Parkway Exit). Stay to the right on FM 1825 (Pecan St. W.). Travel 1 mile and turn left into Three Points Plaza. Pflugerville Executive Office Suites is in the middle of the plaza. see map
From Round Rock or Georgetown - Travel South on IH-35, take exit 247 (Pflugerville/ Wells Branch Parkway Exit). Turn left under IH-35, at the 2nd light (by the HEB grocery store) turn left onto FM 1825 (Pecan St. W.). Travel 1 mile and turn left into Three Points Plaza.
