These services include word processing, data input, data conversion, and computer data base design, implementation and support. These services are optional and there is no minimum monthly fee charged.
We utilize the Southwestern Bell Plexar phone system and have a business voice mail system. Our feature phones offer caller ID name and number so you can see who is calling before answering the phone. Phone system features include variable call forwarding that allows you to forward your phone to your cell phone or any other number, and three way (i.e. conference) calling in addition to most other options offered by SWB.
Local phone service through PEXOS costs less than you would pay for comparable features directly from Southwestern Bell. Calls are automatically forwarded to voice mail if you are on the phone or choose not to answer. Your clients will never get a busy signal, wait for 6 rings for a receptionist to answer, or be put on hold by a busy receptionist. PEXOS has partnered with Hastings Communication Services for tenants who must have a live person answer all their calls. Telephone answering is Hastings' main business and they are one of the best in the industry.
PEXOS has a photocopier available for tenant use. This photocopier performs document handling, sorting, automatic two-sided copying, reduction, enlargement, and copy sizes up to 11" by 17". Facsimile service is also available. There is no restriction or extra charge for having a fax machine in your office.
PEXOS offers high speed digital internet access at a cost of $65 per month for unlimited usage. Internet access is via an ethernet network that is always on. You never have to wait to connect to the internet.
PEXOS offers a Corporate Identity Program for clients who do not need an office but need to receive mail or courier deliveries, or use a conference room or office for meetings with their clients. Voice mail is also available for Corporate Identity clients.
